Biography
Venera Ilievska is the Chief Operating Officer for Schneider Bell where she oversees human resources, benefits, vendor negotiations, financial reporting, and all strategic services integral to the firms’ operations.
Venera is an essential piece in the growth of the firm, with a consistent willingness to go above and beyond to help the team perform its best while still fostering a collaborative culture of excellence among staff and attorneys alike.
She gained extensive experience at mid-to-large sized firms, where she advanced through progressively senior roles—from legal assistant and paralegal to administrative leadership—culminating in comprehensive management of firm operations.
