Susan Jacobsen is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Group, where she focuses her practice on Business, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Probate, Trust, and Fiduciary Litigation, Insurance Defense, Defamation, and Internet Content Removal. She represents clients in complex disputes across diverse industries, combining legal precision with practical business insight to safeguard her clients’ interests and reputations.
Susan has developed particular expertise in defamation and digital content matters, including cases involving online impersonation, harassment, and nonconsensual explicit imagery. She also counsels clients on emerging legal issues related to artificial intelligence and deepfake technology, helping them navigate the evolving intersection of law, technology, and privacy.
Known for her professionalism and client-focused approach, Susan guides individuals and businesses through intricate disputes with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Beyond the office, she is actively engaged in her community and enjoys playing piano and exploring the scenic trails of the Cleveland Metroparks.
