Kevin G. Kozak

Kevin Kozak is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, where he represents clients across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. His practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, employer intentional torts, contract disputes, commercial litigation, real property disputes, products liability, employment and labor matters, as well as probate and trust litigation.

Before joining the Firm, Kevin practiced at a respected litigation firm in Cleveland, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil matters. He also served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Lorain County’s Civil Division, handling child support enforcement cases.

Prior to his legal career, Kevin worked as a paramedic for several years, including eight years with the City of Cleveland. His firsthand experience in emergency response brings a practical, real-world perspective to his legal practice, particularly in matters involving injury and medical issues.
