The 2026 Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Institute was another great event attended by Schneider Bell attorneys’ Angela Ferneding, Paul Fidler, Kyle Gee, Anna Meredith, Mark Mikhaiel, Elizabeth Monihan, and Aanchal Sharma.
This premiere program by the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section (EPTPL) helps attorneys gain valuable insights and guidance on complex issues impacting estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. This continuing focus on learning and contributing to updates in the law allows Schneider Bell attorneys to provide excellent legal services to our clients.
The attorneys at Schneider Bell have a proud history of and continue to support the EPTPL Section: Lisa is a former chair of the EPTPL Section Council. Aanchal is on the OSBA Council of Delegates. In addition, Angela chairs the pro bono committee, Kyle is on the Executive Committee for the Council and chairs the uniform electronic estate planning documents committee, and Paul serves on various committees of the Section Council that represents nearly 4,000 estate planning attorneys in Ohio.
